When I opened this office, I had one goal in mind: delivery high-quality estate planning at a flat rate price. After our initial conference, I will quote you a price for the estate plan that makes the most sense for you to accomplish your estate planning goals. Your initial conference will be free, and if you decide to hire me you will know exactly what you will pay me for my work on your estate plan.
I wanted to model my firm after the traditional country doctor model and not the traditional law firm model.
In many law firms, you will meet with a partner and much of the legal work will happen behind the scenes by an associate attorney or paralegal.
When you use my office for your estate planning, you will talk to Kelly (my wife) for scheduling and some information gathering, but all of your meetings will happen with me and all of your legal work will be done personally by me. I will never pass you off to a junior attorney or paralegal.
